At Woven & Whimsy, we take great care in delivering high-quality ethnic wear to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are applicable only in case of damaged items, subject to the terms mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only if the product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

A product will be considered eligible if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or physical damage

  • The damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Size, fit, or color dissatisfaction

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Handwoven or handcrafted variations that are natural to the fabric

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@wovenandwhimsy.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, clear images/videos of the damaged product, and a brief description

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Method

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable

Alternatively, at our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A store credit, if a replacement is unavailable


5. Damaged Packaging

Minor damage to outer packaging (such as dents or tears) that does not affect the product quality is not eligible for return or refund.


6. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is approved due to damage, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed as per our policy

  • Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage


7. Final Decision

All decisions regarding returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of Woven & Whimsy and shall be final and binding.
